Abstract :
In the 21st century, knowledge economy will become the key part on national competitiveness. High-tech enterprises in Zhejiang Province are taking the leading role in the development of Zhejiang economy. The “knowledge team” as the core part in the new operational model for High-Tech enterprise. In this study, analysis of the main factors of team members interaction behavior, and the relationship between various factors on the impact of the direction and intnsity for team performance and these can provide theoretical guidance for reference to enhance team performance.
