            Abstract :
To improve automation degree and efficiency to shear cup-type lead, a new numerically controlled cutting and sealing machine is developed. In this machine, a seal tail device and a bundling equipment are added. Thus, this machine integrates sealing tail and bundling technique with lead shearing process. On the basis of introducing the principle of shearing machine, the authors describe the structure and operating principle of the new wire releasing device, seal tail machine and bundling equipment. In addition, the authors give the main electrical control circuit. Practical operation shows that the automatic shearing system is of high efficiency with small errors and can save a lot of manpower and raw materials.
