  • Abstract
    This article is based on the rapid development of cultural industries and the establishment of the Cultural Assets and Equity Exchange. Cultural Assets and Equity Exchange secured transactions function as an intermediary platform, and the introduction of VAR model exploratory analysis of the pricing issues of cultural property transactions secured transactions, so as to make quantification of the exchange-traded risk of cultural property as a security platform. The purpose of implements the cultural industry risk management is to prevent loss occurs before accident, mitigate the loss in accident, and compensate the loss after accident. The establishment of an effective risk control mechanism is extremely important to the rise of cultural industries. Sound risk control mechanism for the cultural industry should include the prevention and control strategies, subjects, and means.
