Abstract :
This paper is based on the information axiom, combining membership function and gray relational analysis, then an advanced scheme evaluation method was presented. The traditional information axiom is only able to deal with quantitative indicators But this method can solve the problem. By this method, the membership function of fuzzy mathematics is used to deal with the qualitative indicators, and also, the method of gray relational analysis is used to calculate the content of information of quantitative indicators without the distribution function. It means that this method can be more widely used. Finally, through the analysis of a concrete example, the feasibility and effectiveness of this method is verified.
