Abstract
Big screen high quality television is available by using broadband high definition television (B-HDTV) systems. Construction of the multiprogram direct satellite B-HDTV broadcasting system and direct high quality sound broadcasting system is a fundamental scientific and technical problem being of interest to both international cooperation and foreign investments attraction. Construction of a multiprogram direct high definition broadcasting system and high quality sound broadcasting may interest almost all those countries which manufacture TV sets, digital personal radio receivers as well as big sound broadcasting, television broadcasting, and film companies, and those European, American, and Japanese companies which design and develop satellite transponders and earth stations. Foreign partners may be incorporated in the system as investors and owners, users (leaseholders), and participants of the project for the implementation of the space and earth segments
