  • Abstract
    This paper proposes a new binary coding transformation method for digital counter of wheel mode: binary annular compressed code. This coding method simplifies the existing projects greatly. Furthermore, it also can be used for digital counter wheel mechanism of octal or hex. This paper takes binary annular compressed code conversion scheme of 4-bit binary correspondence with 1-bit decimal as an example. The list of 22 distributed positions of all possible binary recognition devices in this condition is provided, which is the base address code. And binary coding arrangement list correspondence with the distributed positions of recognition devices is illustrated, which is the base code.
