Abstract :
The evaluation index system of innovation capability in agricultural science and technology (S&T) of districts (counties) of Beijing is built up on the basis of analyzing the systematic structure of innovation capability in agricultural T&S of 10 districts (counties) of Beijing. Super-efficient DEA & PCA model is used to assess the innovation capability in agricultural T&S of the districts (counties) of Beijing and the results indicate Shunyi district, Fangshan district, Huairou district and Changping district are high-efficient and high-level districts (counties), Tongzhou district, Daxing district and Pinggu district are high-efficient low-level districts (counties), whereas Mentougou district, Miyun county and Yanqing county are low-efficient low-level districts (counties). The direction for promotion of innovation capability in agricultural S&T of different districts (counties) is brought forward on the basis of these findings.
