Abstract :
This paper presents a preliminary experimental activity aimed at investigating the behavior of low density poly ethylene (LDPE) nanocomposites in presence of electrical treeing. The outcome evidences an enhancement of the resistance to tree growth in the nanostructured compound containing intercalated montmorillonite.
