After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.
The presenting author of this paper has the option to appeal this decision by contacting TPII@ieee.org.
Considering the current status of college students practice teaching, this paper proposes the necessity and importance of the Universities building research-based practice teaching base, which discussed some methods and measures for building research-based practical base. For the selection of research subjects in the research-based practical teaching, this paper proposed that from the teachers of research projects, engineering problems of production, as well as students to participate in innovation and design competition and more, to prepare for the topics selection and practical guidance.
