Abstract :
The concept and purpose of internetworking capabilities issued in IN CS2 recommendations are introduced briefly. Based on the analysis of the problem resulting from Account Card Calling (ACC) customers´ roaming, the damage to the INAP standardization caused by adopting twice locating home SCP proposed in China is discussed. The interworking solutions to IN customers´ roaming within one network are given
