Abstract :
A fault diagnosis system is important for the normal running of an electric power communication network. Firstly this paper put forwards the background and necessity of such a system´s development. Then discussed is the ANN subsystem. Its function is to create ANN samples and weights database. Thirdly, this paper presents the graphic creating subsystem which is mainly to create the network´s topology graphic and connecting database. Fourthly, this paper explains the KB management subsystem that is to maintain the knowledge database used by ES. Fifthly this paper elaborates the main diagnosis system that is to receive alarms sent by supervising system server and to carry out real-time diagnosis. Finally, this paper introduces a system application
