Students tend to be passively accepting in traditional ways of basketball teaching and training. In the “Imbalance Approach” basket ball teaching and training method there is a change of balance in both form and nature from the traditional training method. Therefore this teaching and training method shares more resemblance to real game where students become more initiative-oriented in training for self-adjustment to high speed, strong confrontation and rapid variation. Students trained under the “Imbalance Approach” are also found to be more physically, technically and emotionally developed than the traditionally trained ones.
