Based on practical investigation and analysis, comprehensive analysis carried out on special recruited students source and quality in department of mechanical and electrical engineering of NCIST (North China Institute of Science and Technology), as well as the rationality of education plan of this speciality analyzed, compatibility and particularity suggested on the special recruited students and the normal recruited students, direction and methods in improving the self-cultivation and self-teaching capability and construction of preferable style of study presented as a result.
