Hezhe ethnic group is an old nation which has formed own special culture through the long history. As one of the inspirit cultures, the art of pattern is very heavy and complicated. Because of the historical reason, many patterns of art have lost. Hezhe ethnic group folk arts is a kind of important culture heritage that belongs to the entire human, we should realize the valuable culture heritage´s enormous meanings when we use it for the art design in the future. So it´s necessary to study this “no word epic”. The art teaching theory course that set up by the high teaching college trains the teachers for primary and junior school. That course should take the civil people´s custom as its blueprint. In this paper, the cultural art of the Hezhe ethnic group as agrestic teaching material are put into the art teaching theory course, let young generation knowledge and experience personally the fascination of the culture heritage, and make them create some modern art masterpiece that is featured of Chinese folk culture.
