This program start the research from focus on the reforming trend of education, necessity and importance of classification teaching in practical teaching process analyzed, experience from history and reality absorbed to describe how to carry out this with detail and micro level, still possible problems and solutions suggested from the angle of people oriented and the law of development of rules, also the composition of society involved, result obtained that this method should be practical and effective applied to education practice, great efforts need to research and analysis and implement and perfect based on realistic condition, then, satisfactory results will be possible.
