Abstract :
Service quality of kindergarten not only concerns the healthy growth of the children directly, but also the kindergarten´s development. Based on the study of evaluation and management of service quality home and abroad, there were designed of SERVQUAL evaluation questionnaire and service quality gap model for kindergartens, by which a research was conducted on evaluation of service quality for 14 kindergartens belonged to the reputable preschool education A Group.
