Assistant director training plan in Heilongjiang land reclamation is an important measure which Heilongjiang Bayi Agricultural University serving for reclamation, training plan will be carried out successfully or not, about the fate of the future development of the school, the school´s development with each faculty and staff interrelated. Therefore, it is necessary to correct in thinking the importance of this issue, while it is necessary to implement training programs on how to better conduct in-depth study to explore possible strategies and measures, the resulting conclusions will certainly valuable to better guide training programs are successfully implemented.
