Urban underground pipeline is an important part of urban public infrastructure, and it is lifeline of cities. Application education of urban underground pipeline management also was important to urban underground pipeline manager, and we could manage underground pipeline efficiently when we depended on point-source information system. The paper introduced structure of point-source information system, and introduced how to establish urban underground pipeline management information system. The urban underground pipeline management information system could complete the application education of urban underground pipeline management.
