The efficiency evaluation model of distribution operation based on data envelopment analysis

There is still no research in the efficiency evaluation of distribution operation. So the aim of this paper is to fill the blank in this area of research. There are several innovations in this paper. First, the evaluation system of the distribution operation (not distribution center, distribution system or other organizations) was first put forward. Second, the DEA methodology was used to classify each distribution operation as ldquoefficientrdquopsila orldquoinefficientrdquo. Third, the efficiency impact of variables that may not be directly controlled was explored by using parametric tests.
