After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The purpose of this paper is to explore a scientific method to assess excellent students. By analyzing the factors affecting excellent students, this paper proposes a new method-feature AHP, based on the established AHP model. The results of this method are in agreement with our evaluation principle for excellent students in most schools. As a conclusion, this method has the advantage of giving a scientific and objective evaluation of excellent students compared with conventional method which are able to be subjective based on expert assessment.
