Notice of Retraction

The authors of this paper perform comprehensive and in-depth investigation of Gym instructors in colleges of Hebei Province, by referring to the document, questionnaire, and interview, with the purpose of understanding the causes of vocational burnout of Gym instructors, putting forward some suggestions on how to prevent and ease the vocational burnout of Gym instructors, and providing theoretical and practical reference to the responsible administration on how to work out the countermeasures to prevent and ease the vocational burnout of Gym instructors in colleges.
