After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

This paper focuses on information technology, lifelong education, and the application of information technology in lifelong education. The text addresses adaptation of teachers to information society, adaptation of education, including primary and secondary education, higher education, and adult education, to information age; describes application of information technology in education; examines instructional strategies in education, such as, instructional computer games online discussion board, and mentoring. Then the author notes that e-learning will not replace traditional education, they will coexist and compliment each other.
