Notice of Retraction

With the rapid society development, construction enterprise has become one of the most important industries and been widely recognized. But the importance of the supervision enterprise of construction hasn´t been recognized. The stresses of the supervision staffs bearing haven´t been known. In this paper, we only considered the influences of individual stressor of the supervision staffs. Through a questionnaire, we collected the information of supervision staffs in enterprise at Shanghai, Beijing etc. To obtain the individual stressor of supervision staffs and search some methods for stress management of supervision enterprise, we analyzed the data by the Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS).
