Notice of Retraction
After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.
We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

Through the questionnaire investigation, author of the paper found the following factors determining the decision-making of career of college students: value system or expectation of parents, teachers, classmates, current posts of parents and counselors. The influence of these factors is various in gender, finance and social status. Meanwhile, 5 suggestions are offered to the education of college basic on the analysis of their causes.
