Abstract
An ultrasonic imaging procedure is proposed which takes into account of diffraction and scattering effects to obtain clear image. An inverse scattering solution is numerically calculated. The solution is exact in the sense that it is derived by Born approximation rather than by the paraxial ones. The solution generally comprises troublesome numerical integrals. In order to circumvent the increase of the computational task the solution is calculated via Fourier transform domain. Calculations could be efficiently executed by the use of FFT. The experiment demonstrates the feasibility of the discussion.
