Take the harmony management philosophy as a guidance to facilitate optimizing development of managing college students. We need to elaborately think about the objective of refined management of college students, enriching the connotations and choose the approaches. Refined management should become the mainstream and goal of managing college students, and the goal conception of staffs of managing college students.
