Abstract :
Pulverized coal concentration and velocity of primary air pipe are two important parameters for direct-fired pulverized system, because they influence much on the economics and safety of boiler. This paper mainly introduces a kind of air & coal on-line monitoring system for power plant boiler. The new system makes the use of international advanced technique of AC charge-couple and digital processing. This system overcomes the technique difficulties of air & coal on-line monitoring systems at present. If the system applied in the power plant boiler, it can bring certain economic benefits and have broad industrial popularization and application prospect in the future.
