Abstract :
This paper focuses on the study on the bust dart angle of 2D garment pattern based on the 3D women scan body. Firstly, the 3D scattered point cloud data of young women´s body can be got by SYMCAD. Secondly, the scan point cloud data build the 3D scanned body by IMGEWARE. Then, the different data are measured on the 3D scanned body by IMGEWARE, and analyzed by SPSS. Finally, the mathematical model of young women´s bust dart angle can be got. It provides the theory of bust dart transfer, in the process of automation of garments design.
