Abstract :
Based on the principal-agent theory, the relationship between the supplier and the retailer was studied. On the basis of different cognition in natural state, it discusses the impact of the optimal contract, and analyzes a optimal contract model that consider the negative utility of the agent. Through analysis the relationship between an incentive compensation coefficient and the estimate of the natural state of the principal and the agent, the meaningful economics conclusions are gained.
