In recent years, the students´ psychological problems become more and more evident, and has become a common problem to be solved and concerned by the whole society. This paper analyzes the causes of the psychological problems of university students aspect from the five factors of students interpersonal, emotional distress, learning pressure and so on. And explores the solutions of the psychological problems of college students to implement quality education.
