Abstract :
A new type of heat-fading-resistance semimetal friction materials was prepared though changing traditional bond. The influences of a new high-performance bond on the semimetal friction materials were researched by way of contrastive experiments using different bond. The good performance of this bond is proved. According to the analyze of the experiment done in the defined rapid wear and rear machine, the rules, which indicate the influence of the content of the new high-performance bond and the preparation pressure to the friction coefficient and the friction abrasion, are summarized. It provides a basis for the research on the new type of the heat-fading-resistance friction materials.
