Abstract :
According to open circuit mill system, this paper chooses the percentage of CaO and Fe2O3, fineness and moisture of raw meal as measurement variables, chooses raw meal propositions and the overall feed as control variables, and adopts fuzzy control algorithm to implement the control on cement raw meal quality. This paper designs a multi-input and single-output fuzzy controller; the practical application indicated this control plan is correct and practical.
