Abstract :
According to the time unvarying system with large dead time, an improved controller Gc is designed, the method only needs to be set one parameter to overcome the effect of large dead time and setting the several parameters. At the same time, a compensator is consisted of a state observer and a PID controller is designed to overcome the effects of dead time and time varying parameters, the state observer is consists of 4 one-order system with small time constant, the output of every one-order system is used to feedback control function for the time varying system with large dead time. The design examples and engineering applications proved that the set of control methods can improve control quality and performance.
