Abstract
In this paper, a novel low voltage lossless current-sensing amplifier circuit which senses the current of power MOSFET in control scheme for boost DC-DC converter is presented. The minimum achievable suppy voltage of proposed current sense amplifier ciucuit is 2v implemented in USMT 0.6 um BCD process. It enjoys the commercial use with it´s low parts-court, low supply voltage and lossless technique.
