Abstract :
This research investigates a simple procedure to improve the channel frequency response estimate for orthogonal multicarrier CDMA systems. The improvement is achieved by means of a precomputed matrix that projects the original discrete frequency response onto the subspace where the true frequency response lies. Analytical and computer simulations results reveal that the improvement on channel estimation has a higher impact on MC-CDMA performance than MC-DS-CDMA.
