Abstract :
Based on the Qt application framework, using the object-oriented technology, the GIS map projection transformation system which can be used cross-platform and independently is designed and implemented by programming. Referred to the specifications of map projection transformation that OpenGIS Association released, inverse transform method which is suit to be realized by programming is adopted, common coordinate reference systems of GIS are integrated, and the user-defined coordinate system capability is provided, coordinate transformation between different coordinate systems is achieved.
