Abstract :
The movement control of permanent magnet synchronous motor is a strong coupling nonlinear dynamic control system with strong noise, A random estimator of nonlinear system, Kalman position estimator, which is used for rotor position sensing under high-frequency voltage signal injection, is proposed in this paper. By utilizing high-frequency signal injection to realize rotor position self-sensing, after demodulating the produced high-frequency carrier current, it will be sent to Kalman position estimator to eliminate the noise, and observe the rotor position accurately. The Simulation and experiment result shows that under the circumstances of system noise and observation noise, the high-frequency signal injection based on Kalman position estimator could track the rotor position accurately.
