Abstract :
Based on the fruits of authorspsila researching on vessel automatic anti-collision in the past decade, discussed the connotation of the dasiaPersonifying Intelligent Decision-making for Vessel Collision Avoidance (PIDVCA for short)psila, brought forward the researching aim of the PIDVCA. And then according to the procedure of vessel anti-avoidance, put forward the science idea and framework of the system info of the PIDVCA, mainly discussed automated principle and realizing method of the PIDVCA.
