Abstract :
In this paper, a new system of random noise circular Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) is proposed, which is combined the merits of the random noise radar and circular SAR respectively. Firstly the model of random noise circular SAR is introduced and its formula is derived, and then the detailed algorithm and procedure is present, finally the computer simulation is given, and the result shows its validity.
