Abstract :
This paper aims to deal with the issues of art and design education in the universities of economics and law. Through the reorientation of art and design education, authors try to change the way of thinking and establish the teach, research and creation three-in-one education system which will be better attuned to each university´s characteristics and will combine the junior college, undergraduate and post-graduate education into a larger system .
