After careful and considered review of the content of this paper by a duly constituted expert committee, this paper has been found to be in violation of IEEE´s Publication Principles.

We hereby retract the content of this paper. Reasonable effort should be made to remove all past references to this paper.

The performance of the BF type flexible drive in use is worse. The existence of a larger pressure of round and uneven, and even have a negative pressure, so easy to lapse institutions. Increase the transmission through the gravity balancer equipment, designed to transform the structure of the gravity balancer to optimize the performance of design parameters so that performance can be greatly improved, it provide a way to improve and optimize the existing equipment, and it would have good development prospects and market value.
