Abstract :
Design behavior is a very important part in the process of cooperative design and its final purpose is to guide the design process. Therefore, according to the customer requirements and the actual conditions of the production, it should represent, capture and reason the different factors which participate in a design process. However, there is limited attention of the behavior, and owing to the lack of understanding the dynamics and uncertainty of the design activities, the behavior of representation, capturing and reasoning in process design are often very difficult. A cooperative behavior model was built to support designers working and help designers to plan the design and the machining at the same time in the process of cooperative design. Comparing Bayesian method and subjective Bayes method which applying to the design behavior reasoning, the paper adopted subjective Bayes method to calculate and reason the designerspsila working situation. A case study based on the design process and the behavior model was carried out to help the designer find and make a reasonable design plan.
