  • Abstract
Logistics parks planning is a new topic in the world, lacking of both theories and experience. In the paper, based on the systematic layout planning (SLP), we propose a method of layout planning with a controlling structure to logistics parks. In the planning, some key traffic facilities outside the location should be chosen as the controlling structure. The controlling structure is putted together with the inside sub-areas for the correlation analysis, and the controlling structure and inside sub-areas correlation are taken as tabu searches respectively to found an adjacent position scheme. The advantage of the method is embodying the interactive relationship between logistics parks and traffic facilities. In the end, the method is applied to the layout planning of Yangzhou North logistics park, and is proved to be effective.
