Abstract
Through the practice of profile modeling milling machine by digital transformation, the author analyzes characteristic parameters which influences sample-mold precision of measurement. It not only employs discrete B-spline surface approximation of mathematical model for profile modeling measurements, making measurement of the geometric surface parameters orderly and digital, but also achieves a pattern-lump of the reverse engineering of CAD technology according achieve to the technical requirements, which can improve mold design cycle of tread block-like, serialization degree of product and its scientific quality.
