  • Abstract
    The paper based on digital city management platform, built emergency evacuation management model. First, gave the framework of digital city management platform, and then, describes the main steps of the design of digital city management platform, final, gave the emergency evacuation model based on Digital City management platform. The model based on knowledge base of emergency contingency plans, for the complex environment of the city with Chinese characteristics, used the visual display technology, dynamic analysis, video surveillance analysis technology and scheduling technology, according to the environment of outside and inner buildings, gave the decision-making of the best evacuation plan.
