Abstract
Due to the development of the renewable energy installations, the development of equipment for these systems has known substantial progress. Such equipment must meet a number of conditions both on power safety, as well as on the quality of energy supplied. As is know from the literature, the power quality is given by frequency, voltage, harmonic pollution, source-consumer, interdependence, interdependence-source system (smart grid). Inverter DC/AC is an equipment reference in a renewable energy system, the power electronics equipment, allowing these to be increasingly complex. The paper contains a comparative study of modeling, simulation and testing regarding the powering of consumers with voltage with different waveform, supplied by an inverter DC/AC in renewable energy systems.
