Abstract
A low power, low voltage rectifier circuit is proposed, designed in a CMOS process. It achieves a power consumption of less than 600 nW and a dynamic range of 60 dB from a power supply of 1 V. The rectifier has a bandwidth of 20 kHz. Practical issues concerning the design of low power, low voltage rectifiers are discussed.
