Abstract :
It studies for the method of Business process reengineering (BPR) based on supply chain. Firstly, this paper introduces the disadvantage of the traditional BPR and the forming and development of BPR based on supply chain, and then based on traditional BPR method model and the characters of supply chain, proposes the method model of BPR based on supply chain, researches every step on the whole and gives practical principles or methods that can be used. About the identification of the processes which need reengineered, the fuzzy synthetic appraisal method be used to appraise the index of process qualities.
