Abstract :
The comprehensive information integrated platform on port bulk logistics is constructed on the basis of system analysis and design in terms of hierarchical structure, logic structure and physical structure. The technology of data mining, distributed database and information integrated are adopted to realize the function of sharing resource, decision-support and information-transparent. The system will improves the performance of port bulk logistics organization, shortens the circle period of vehicle and ship, enhances the port capacity and efficiently reduces the occurrence of ship waiting for cargo or cargo waiting for ship in port.
