  • Abstract
Nowadays, the global ship market is so competitive that shipbuilding supply chain is being more and more important for modern shipbuilding enterprises to survive. Shipbuilding process is very complicated, and its partners are numerous, which brings about many risks in the shipbuilding supply chain. How to effectively control all the risks becomes a matter of life and death for all the shipbuilding enterprises. Based on shipbuilding supply chain analysis, all kinds of risks in shipbuilding supply chain and all impairments caused by them are discussed and analyzed, and then the useful methods and strategies to control them are put forward. More importantly, the risk prevention and motivation mechanism, together with the risk alert system, is built up and developed, which are very important for shipbuilding enterprises to evade all risks and improve the operation and control level. The researches are meaningful and applicable in modern shipbuilding industry.
